The Marketer
The Marketer drafts blog posts and social content in your voice. It runs every morning at 06:00 in your business timezone, and adds a weekly content plan each Monday. Everything it produces lands in your approval inbox before it goes anywhere.
What the Marketer reads
- -Your company handbook: brand voice, banned words, platform rules, what_we_sell, and writing samples.
- -Prior content performance events from the event log: which posts were approved, which were rejected, any notes.
- -The Analyst weekly report (Monday run only): used to pick a content direction for the week.
What the Marketer produces
Daily run
Drafts up to 3 social posts (Instagram, X, LinkedIn based on your platforms), and one long-form blog post when there is enough depth. The blog post comes as a full draft with a title, intro, body sections, and a closing call to action. Each draft is a separate approval card.
Monday plan
On top of the daily drafts, the Marketer reads the Analyst report, picks a weekly content direction, and produces a weekly content plan card.
Schedule
Every morning at 06:00, with a weekly plan on Monday, in your business timezone.
You can override the schedule in your handbook under the schedules section. For example, to draft only on weekdays, update the handbook and the Marketer picks up the new schedule on its next run.
When drafts miss the mark
Tone is off
Add more writing samples to the handbook. Three to five examples of your actual writing are more useful than a description of your voice. Paste real emails, captions, or copy.
Topics you never cover
Add the topic to the handbook banned_topics list. The Marketer checks this before drafting and skips those topics.
Platform-specific formatting issues
Add a note under the relevant platform section in the handbook. For example: "Instagram: always include 3 to 5 hashtags. Never use hashtags on LinkedIn."
Drafts consistently rejected
Add a rejection reason when you reject a draft. The Marketer reads these on its next run and adjusts. Patterns in rejections are strong calibration signals.
