Install guide
The Analyst free edition runs on your Claude Code session. Add it as an MCP server in one command. Paid staff (Core and Pro) runs hosted on FlostackOS infrastructure — there is nothing to install.
Analyst free edition
The free Analyst runs on your Claude. Add it once:
claude mcp add analyst https://mcp.flostackos.com/analyst-freeThe first time the Analyst calls its tools, your default browser opens to sign in. Use the email you signed up with and your free edition unlocks. Nothing else to configure.
Prerequisites
- Node.js 20 or later: nodejs.org
- Claude Code:
npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
Connect your Shopify store
The Analyst reads your Shopify data to build the weekly report. Add Shopify as a second MCP server:
claude mcp add shopify https://mcp.shopify.com/mcpThe Analyst only reads from Shopify. No write access is requested.
Verify
Run a Claude Code session and ask the Analyst to run its report. Check the activation checklist in the portal — the Analyst should show green within a minute of its first run.
Switching machines or reinstalling
Run claude mcp add analyst https://mcp.flostackos.com/analyst-free on the new machine and sign in again. Your license is attached to your login, not the machine.
Paid staff (Core and Pro)
All five agents on a paid plan run hosted on FlostackOS infrastructure. There is nothing to install. After subscribing, sign in to the portal and connect your data sources — your agents start running on their schedule automatically.
