Agent-operated. Human-supervised.

Your staff.

Five roles built for existing small businesses. Everything they produce lands in your approval inbox before it counts.

The Marketer

The Marketer

Daily at 06:00, weekly plan Mon 06:00

Reads your handbook, studies what has worked before, and drafts content that sounds like you wrote it. Respects your banned words, tone, and platform rules. On Monday it reads the Analyst report and picks a content direction for the week.

Produces

  • Blog post drafts
  • Social post drafts (Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
  • Weekly content plan

Reads

  • Your company handbook
  • Prior performance events
  • Weekly Analyst report

Data sources

  • Your CMS (WordPress or similar)

Every draft lands in your approval inbox. Nothing publishes without your tap.

The Analyst

The Analyst

Mon at 07:00

Pulls a week of Shopify data, computes week-over-week deltas, calculates total staff cost, and formats a concise report. Exactly one recommended focus per week. The report feeds the Marketer and lands in your inbox.

Produces

  • Weekly metrics report (Markdown)
  • One recommended focus

Reads

  • Shopify orders and revenue
  • Event log (staff cost, approval throughput)

Data sources

  • Shopify

Read-only. No writes, ever.

The Support

The Support

Every hour

Checks your inbox, pulls live order context for each message, and drafts a reply that quotes your return policy verbatim. Anything that matches your escalation rules (chargebacks, press, safety concerns) becomes an urgent escalation card with no draft. You reply to those yourself.

Produces

  • Draft customer replies
  • Escalation cards

Reads

  • Your Gmail inbox
  • Shopify orders for order context
  • Your handbook (policies, escalation rules)

Data sources

  • Gmail
  • Shopify

Cannot send email. Drafts only. Escalation cases get a card, no draft.

The Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper

Mon at 06:00 (weekly), 1st of month at 06:00 (monthly)

Pulls Shopify payouts and checks them against QuickBooks. Any discrepancy is explained in plain language, not accounting jargon. A proposed journal entry draft goes to your approval inbox. Monthly it produces a P and L summary.

Produces

  • Reconciliation report
  • Journal entry drafts for discrepancies

Reads

  • Shopify payouts
  • QuickBooks transactions
  • 8-week baseline

Data sources

  • Shopify
  • QuickBooks

Cannot write to QuickBooks. Journal entry drafts require your approval.

The Operator

The Operator

Every 2 hours

Checks every MCP connection and every agent schedule. If something is degraded or offline, it attempts the reconnect runbook and escalates to you with exact fix instructions if it cannot resolve the issue. Routes any work in the event log that no agent owns.

Produces

  • Health status for all agents
  • Escalation cards for unrouted work
  • Reconnect instructions

Reads

  • MCP connection health
  • Event log
  • All agent schedules

Data sources

None required

No direct external actions. Escalates everything to a human.
